The Egyptian House is a grade I listed building located in Chapel Street, Penzance. It is built in the style of Egyptian Revival architecture and has been in the ownership of the Landmark Trust since the 1970s. The building dates from 1835–36.
Lifeboat RNLB THE PRICESS ROYAL (CIVIL SERVICE No 40) seen on its launching carriage at the bottom of Fish Street, St Ives next to The Sloop Public House. At the time a new lifeboat station was under construction and the lifeboat was kept at this location close to the slipway into the harbour ready for launching.
