Whilst the original bridges were scrapped to be replaced by new structures the anchoring booms were refurbished. On October 13, 2021 LARA 1 (Formerly MERSEY MAMMOTH) can be repositioning the south boom. Note the ends of which had labels attached to make sure they were placed the correct way around! Also assisting were Holyhead Towing Company's PUFFIN ISLAND and Carmet Marine Services FOSSOR.
