Penzance Harbour / Albert Pier Branch
The Penzance harbour line was constructed along Albert Pier to serve vessels calling at Penzance Harbour. It was constructed in 1869 obtained a private siding agreement with the GWR. It was accessed via the freight yard at Penzance Station. However, following the 1930s remodelling of Penzance Station and the removal of freight facilities to Ponsandane the line fell into disuse. However, much of the track remains in place to this day and has survived new buildings being erected on the quay.
