New Phoenix Mine
New Phoenix Mine was a small operation believed to have worked in the 1880s and 1890s.
The most prominent feature is the surviving engine house which accommodated an indoor rotary beam engine believed to be similar to the engine and house preserved at Levant Mine.
The engine is believed to have operated stamps. Consolidation of the engine house structure took place in 2010.
Nearby is the remainder of a wall believed to have been part of the mine office.
