The Higher Mill. The Grade II listed Higher Mill complex at Buckfast which was constructed in the 18th Century. It was acquired by Buckfast Abbey in 1987. Part of the building was used as the Monastic Produce Shop until around 2014. The building has been extensively refurbished for the Buckfast Abbey 2018 Millennium and is now been converted into commercial space for letting.
