Onwards to Wernllwyd Bridge Number 124 and on encounters a strange sight. One of those shrink wrapped bales of hay lies in the canal. How it got there one must wonder as the canal is banked against the hillside. Presumably it rolled down from but the vegetation trees are so dense one wonders how it managed to get through.
