Following an extensive Market Analysis Project (MAP) bus services in Cornwall underwent changes which saw buses rebranded as "Western National - Cornish Fairways" With Cornish Fairways being in prominent lettering and Western National in small lettering. Here Bristol LHS 1557 approaches on Newlyn on the Mousehole to Penzance service showing the new lettering. May 18, 1981.
Eventually the new branding Cornish Fairways became Cornish Busways before being dropped altogether.
